EDF Energy

EDF Energy is one of the ‘big six’ UK utility companies and is widely recognised as a supplier of electricity. In fact, EDF Energy is the UK’s largest producer of electricity and the largest generator of low carbon electricity in Britain. But the company does much more than that, especially in the area of infrastructure development.

The company is a key player in national projects including management of private electricity networks serving four London airports and the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, the country’s first major new railway in 100 years.

Storm Marketing Communications has been employed since June 2009 to help develop the profile of EDF Energy’s Infrastructure Services Directorate as it looks to grow its business.

Working alongside the company’s marketing team, Storm Marketing Communications has identified a number of great examples of work that EDF Energy has done, especially in the rail and defence sectors and is actively promoting the business development effort by ensuring that these stories get told.
